29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s). (a) Finishing Department: On or about March 13, 2020, at the 40 ton capacity overhead bridge crane used to move concrete panels in, around, and out of the concrete finishing department, employee(s) placed their hand(s) on the load while guiding the concrete panels into, and out of the three (3) aisles that make up the department, and then onto the flatbed trailers used to transport the panels from the facility. This exposed employees to crushing hazards.
