29 CFR 1910.179(l)(2)(ii): Cranes were operated before all guards had been reinstalled: a. 60 Deans Rhode Hall Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ - Fleet Maintenance The employer did not ensure that all guards were installed after maintenance/repairs were performed. Employees engaged in the repair of powered industrial equipment used a Budgit 2-ton, three phase electric chain overhead hoist where the protective plate covering the motor was not installed. Violation observed on or about July 8, 2020
