29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(ii): The employer's inspection and testing procedures did not follow recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. (a) On or about February 24, 2020, at the OK Foods facility, the employer did not conduct any test on Ammonia Detection equipment including the engine room ammonia sensors. (b) On or about March 5, 2020 and at times prior thereto, at the OK Foods facility, the employer failed to perform an inspection on the -20 degree Fahrenheit Recirculator vessel for corrosion under insulation. (c) On or about March 5, 2020 and at times prior thereto, at the OK Foods facility, the employer failed to perform any test on the safety cutouts including High-temperature cutouts, Oil differential pressure cutout, and high- and low-pressure cutout for compressor number 1.
