29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Interior Stairs: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while accessing the first floor and second floor from an interior stairway that was not equipped at least one handrail, on or about 2/28/2020. b) Interior Stairs: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while accessing the first floor and second floor from an interior stairway that was not equipped with at least one handrail, on or about 3/02/2020.
