At the rear elevation of a new residential construction jobsite, located at or near, 8439 Meliaceae Drive in Pensacola, Florida: On or about February 25, 2020, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that the employee utilized the top step of a portable ladder while performing framing work.
