29 CFR 1910.213(i)(1): Nonworking portion(s) of the blade of bandsaw(s) were not enclosed or guarded: a) Reclaim Area, 500 Independence Way, Coatesville, Pennsylvania -The employer did not ensure that the unused portion of the horizontal band saw was guarded when employees were cutting off metal nails from older pallets to reclaim the wood planks. Observed on or about 21 FEB 2020.
