29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(ii): The employer's hazard communication program did not include methods the employer will use to inform the other employer(s) of any precautionary measures that need to be taken to protect employees during the workplace's normal operations and in foreseeable emergencies: On, or about February 20, 2020, at the location of 8101 Union Ave., CLEVELAND, OH, 44105, in the hazardous materials bay, Kenan Advantage Group failed to include and implement a method to inform other employers of any precautionary measures that needed to be taken to protect employees during the workplace's normal operations and in foreseeable emergencies when contracted employees of Great Lakes Tank & Vessel LLC were hired to clean the interior of chemical trailers that had been emptied with nitrogen, which is an asphyxiant.
