29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about 14 February 2020, and at times prior thereto, three workers were performing plastering activities on a low-slope roof for a commercial building under construction without the use of fall protection. These workers were not trained in recognizing fall hazards, thus, exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet 4 inches from the ground.
