29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) Location: 2 O'Reilly Ln. Foxboro, MA On or about February 14, 2020 employees were exposed to fall hazards: Instance #1 - of more than 13 feet from upper walking/working surfaces to the ground below, where personal fall arrest systems were not worn. Instance #2- of more than 15 feet through window openings to the ground below, where wall openings were unguarded. Instance #3- of more than 10 feet through floor openings to the ground below, where openings were not covered.
