29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about 2/6/2020, at workshop area of Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida, 1500 George Wedgworth Way, Belle Glade, FL 33430, employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard where the point of operation was not guarded on machinery including but not limited to: a. Employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard while working with a lathe (i.e. Summit, Model #70356) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. b. Employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard while working with a lathe (i.e. The American Tool Works Company, Serial #5K213AGC01) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. c. Employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard while working with a lathe (i.e. Cincinnati Lathe and Tool Co., Model # 607078) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. d. Employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard while working with a lathe (i.e. Summit, no other info available) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. e.
