29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person: At a jobsite located at 5218 Northeast 91st terrace, Kansas City, Missouri 64119, an employee was exposed to a serious fall hazard. An employee was observed working from a makeshift scaffold platform which was not designed by a qualified person. The employee was exposed to an 11 foot fall hazard to the ground below.
