29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work is regulated by this standard, at no cost to the employee, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: a) Bedrock Earthworks located at 5015 Big Run South Road Grove City, OH 43123: On and preceding January 27, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided training and possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned prior to assignment working in those duties. A crew was performing work that required entry into a confined space. Part of the crew assigned to perform the work had not received training from the employer on the duties they were assigned.
