On or about 01/22/2020, at the site,Energy Florida - Customer Delivery Duke employees were exposed to possible cave-ins, in that, shoring, sloping or other protective measure were not used while in a trench excavation 4 feet wide, 14 feet long and 5 feet 8 inches deep with nearly vertical walls.
