On or about January 17, 2020, and at times prior, at the commercial construction site in Davenport, Florida, employees were installing roof trusses with pneumatic nail guns while standing on top of concrete walls, exposing to a 14-foot fall hazard. b. On or about January 16, 2020, at the commercial construction site in Davenport, Florida, employees were installing roof trusses with pneumatic nail guns while standing and / or sitting on top of the wood trusses, exposing to a 24-foot fall hazard.
