29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1): The horizontal belt seven (7) feet or less from the floor level was not guarded. a) On or about January 15, 2020 in the Fabrication Welding Area, employees were utilizing a motorized sanding belt while the door panel was pinned open, exposing the belt and pulley without being guarded.
