29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D): On or about 1/13/2020, in the production area at 2555 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta, GA: Employees performing servicing and maintenance activities on the pallet line, conveyors, double head saw, KM-16 chop saw, band saw, powered industrial trucks and other equipment were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards, in that procedures developed did not clearly and specifically outline scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to control the pneumatic pressure, hydraulic, rotating, moving, and mechanical energy sources.
