29 CFR 1910.177(g): The employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing single piece rim wheels which contained, at a minimum, the elements listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(g)(1) through (12): The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with servicing single rim wheels. This was most recently documented at 365 Main St, Burr, Nebraska where an employee had been servicing wheel and tire assemblies and the employer had not established safe operating procedures for this activity.
