29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s): Ball, Bounce and Sport, Inc. - Dunkirk, Ohio: On or about February 4, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were kept clear of suspended loads when using an overhead hoist and a four-legged chain sling to lift molds and parts at the 220 rotocast molding machine. Employees were exposed to struck-by injury while working under the suspended mold and part to apply decals to plastic parts.
