29 CFR 1910.119(f)(3): The operating procedures were not reviewed as often as necessary to assure that they reflect current operating practice, including changes that result from changes in process chemicals, technology, and equipment, and changes to facilities, and were not certified annually that these operating procedures were current and accurate: On or about February 19th, 2020, the employer had not updated the standard operating procedures for the chlorine system, which include but are not limited to, procedures for start-up, shut-down, and emergency operations. The procedures did not reflect changes that had been made to the equipment in the process, and were not certified at least annually as being current and accurate.
