29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii): A) 20 Poplar Rd., Bloomsbury, NJ 08804 - Employees were performing roof repair operations approximately 16 feet above the ground. The employees were not trained by a competent person in the hazards associated with falls, prior to being assigned roofing work. Occurred on or about 12/18/2019.
