29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): Whenever outside personnel were engaged in activities covered by the scope and application of this standard, the on-site employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: Location: Dry Room Contractors were exposed to electrical, thermal, cold and mechanical hazards while cleaning equipment including, but not limited to, Advanced I.Q.F Spiral Freezers, deep frying machines, breading machine, battering machines and conveyor systems where the employer and the contractor failed to inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures.
