29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels by personal fall arrest systems, covers or guardrail systems erected around such holes: a) On or about December 3, 2019, employees were not protected from the hazard of falling approximately 10 feet to the lower level through unguarded skylight during masonry operations. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
