29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On 12/3/2019, employees of Alfredo Contreras were installing shingles on a residential building located at 1024 Castleview Court, Cottleville, Missouri. The employees were not able to recognize fall hazards and the procedures necessary to reduce or eliminate these hazards.
