29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9): Employees performing overhead bricklaying or related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or shall work in a controlled decking zone: At 4260 Palm Avenue, Hialeah, Florida: On or about October 3, 2019 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 25- feet to ground level when lay concrete blocks from the edge on the third floor, in that; no means of fall protection was being used.
