29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: The employer is not protecting employees from overhead struck-by hazards. On or about October 1, 2019, employees loading and moving parts with cranes were exposed to struck-by hazards from movement of materials during crane operation and from parts falling from cranes. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
