The training shall include emphasis on the specific safety and health hazards, emergency operations including shutdown, and safe work practices applicable to the employee's job tasks: On or before 9/25/2019, In the facility: The company maintains a covered process in that they utilize a refrigeration/ freezer system which maintains over 10,000 pounds of Anhydrous Ammonia. The employer had not provided and documented training for employees required to operate and maintain the facility's Anhydrous Ammonia refrigeration/ freezer system, a covered process. Abatement certification is required for this item.
