29 CFR 1926.754(a): Structural stability was not maintained at all times during the erection process: On or about: 8/27/2019 Location: 3rd floor level a) Structural stability was not maintained during the steel erection process as construction material loads and workers were placed on the 3rd floor prior to the C-joist ends being solidly built into masonry wall pockets, metal bridging not completed, and corrugated steel floor decking not secured to the "C-Joists" against unintended movement which exposed employees to a collapsing floor fall, struck-by and caught-in/between hazards.
