29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: a) 144 S.DuPont Highway New Castle, DE - On or about August 22, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment is worn to protect the skin from exposure to caustic chemicals. The employees were not wearing gloves while engaged in activities involving Portland Cement.
