29 CFR 1910.305(c)(4): Faceplates for flush-mounted snap switches. Snap switches mounted in boxes did not have faceplates installed so as to completely cover the opening and seat against the finished surface. On or about 21 August 2019, and at times prior thereto, two separate snap switches controlling the indoor lights within a lobby area were missing their covers, exposing the employees utilizing them to an electrical hazard of approximately 120 volts.
