29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a) Work place was located at 25 Colony Road, Jersey City, NJ 07305 Employees were exposed to fire hazards to include smoke inhalation in that they were not provided training on how to use fire extinguishers in the event of an incipient stage fire in the work area. Violation was identified on August 19, 2019.
