29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about 21 August 2019, at the job site located at 38 Gilbert Ave. Clarendon Hills Il, 60514, the employer failed to ensure that the flexible cords provided by the company and used by the employees were free from recognized hazards. Several cords had damage to their outer protective layers, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
