29 CFR 1910.184(c)(6): Slings were not securely attached to their loads: On or about 8/13/19, the employer failed to ensure that the synthetic sling, unknown make and model number, was securely attached to the Hyster H80FT forklift forks and the Toyota engine that had been removed from a vehicle chassis. The sling was tied in knots to attach the engine to the forks of the Hyster forklift.
