29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(i): When working near exposed energized conductors or circuit parts, each employee did not use insulated tools or handling equipment when the tools or handling equipment might have made contact with such conductors or parts: Fire Riser Room, FACP, FDC; 10010 San Pedro Office Building: On or about August 08, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while performing load bank testing procedures on an alternating terminal switch while using non-insulated hand tools such as but not limited to Husky screwdrivers and wrenches, wire cutters, and craftsman wrenches.
