29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a- Interior Lighting Panel #2A - 2039 Route 130 South, Florence NJ: The exterior of the circuit breaker box contained several unprotected openings and within the box unused openings, between circuit breakers, were not effectively closed. Condition observed on or about 12/11/18. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.
