29 CFR 1910.119(d)(2)(i)(C): Information concerning the technology of the process did not include a maximum intended inventory of highly hazardous chemicals: On or about July 23, 2019, and times prior thereto, the employer failed to maintain a maximum intended inventory of highly hazardous chemicals in the work place. The employer processes over 10,000 lbs of an unscented flammable propane mixture for the production operation. Employee(s) were exposed to the hazards associated with propane and butane such as burns, fire, explosion and asphyxiation.
