29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: The employer is failing to protect employees from caught-under and struck-by hazards associated with using slings to lift and suspend loads. The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on July 10, 2019 at 1200 Centennial Rd., Wayne, NE 68787. The employer has employees lifting loads using 4-leg alloy steel chain slings which are not labeled with identification.
