29 CFR 1915.153(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate eye or face protection where there were exposures to eye or face hazards caused by flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acid, caustic liquids, gases, vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. (a) Fishing Vessel (FV) Sunset Bay - Reefer Room - On or about June 18th, 2019 and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to metal shavings penetrating their eye while grinding without eye protection.
