Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 004 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock and burns. This was most recently documented on or about 05/29/2019, at a jobsite located at the 2600 block of NE 46th St, KC MO. The cord for the electric pump is missing the ground pin which caused the path to ground to not be permanent and continuous. Employees are exposed to hazardous conditions including electrical shock and burns.
