29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: The employer is failing to train employees on the recognition of fall hazards associated with ladder use. The condition was most recently observed on or about May 17, 2019 at the jobsite located at 402 Fuller Drive, Wentzville, Missouri. The employer does not ensure employees using a portable extension ladder as a means of egress for a residential roof are able to recognize and minimize their exposure to fall hazards.
