29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: (a) 1121 N. Jefferson St Jackson MS - On or about May 20, 2019 the employer allowed employees to perform carpentry work from a wood pole scaffold that was approximately 14 inches wide exposing them to an approximate 20 feet fall to the ground.
