29 CFR 1926.964(b)(2): The employer did not provide the protective measures required by � 1926.959(d)(3) when employees were installing or removing a conductor or cable close enough to energized conductors: a- Newman Springs Road & GSP Exit 109 North Entranceway, Lincroft NJ: The employer did not utilize nor provide protective measures required by 1926.959(d)(3) when employees where pulling a 1/4 inch steel strand/messenger cable that was in close proximity to energized conductors. On or about 05/20/19. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
