29 CFR 1910.107(g)(1): Spraying shall not be conducted outside of predetermined spraying areas: Abra Auto Body Repair of America-Decatur, Ga- On or about May 9, 2019, and times prior to, employees were spray painting cars in the shop area outside of a spray booth creating a fire hazard. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
