29 CFR 1910.269(r)(1)(ii)(A): There was not a second line-clearance tree trimmer within normal (that is, unassisted) voice communication under any of the following conditions: If a line-clearance tree trimmer is to approach more closely than 3.05 meters (10 feet) to any conductor or electric apparatus energized at more than 750 volts: Location: 55 Desmond Ave Yonkers NY 10708 a) On or about May 8th, 2019, an employee was climbing a tree within a foot of the electrical service lines. A second line-clearance tree trimmer was not provided.
