29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) Planer/Rip Saw Building. North and West Wall - On or about April 30, 2019 the employer did not ensure that electrical disconnects were adequately marked to indicate their purpose preventing employees from correctly identifying the electrical disconnects that controlled the equipment, exposing employees to fire hazards and amputation. (b) Main Production Building.
