29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. On or about 4 April 2019, and at times prior thereto, the sprockets and chain for the Fresh'n Squeeze JBT Multi-Fruit Juicer were not guarded while the machine was operating, exposing an employee to an amputation hazard.
