29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4): The employer did not furnish or assure that employees use an air line assembly which includes a clip-on chuck, an inline valve with a pressure gauge or a presettable regulator, and a sufficient length of hose between the clip-on chuck that permitted the employee to stand outside the trajectory: On or about April 25, 2019 and times prior, employees were not furnished with airline assemblies equipped with a clip-on chuck, in-line valve and pressure gauge and hose of sufficient length to permit employees to avoid exposure to struck-by hazards.
