29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: (a) This violation occurred on or about April 23, 2019 at the 50-ton Paceco Gantry Crane no. 184, where an employee working on a live electrical junction box with its cover removed was exposed to an electrical hazard in that he was not wearing personal protective equipment.
