29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: A/R COATING LAB: On or about and at times prior to April 25, 2019, employees mixing chemicals and adding the chemicals to the CCM Machine were required to wear tight-fitting elastomeric respirators. They had not been provided with medical evaluations prior to wearing the respirators.
