29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 4/22/2019 in the production area at 4145 Mead Road, Macon, GA: Employees performing servicing and maintenance activities on supreme coconut bar cooking, caramel enrober, log line, and other equipment were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards, in that; the employer failed to conduct periodic inspections of their energy control procedures at least annually.
