29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Blue Parrot - Employees who are exposed to the hazards associated with dish machine detergent, chlorine sanitizer, rinse additive, and pot and pan detergent are not being provided with training on the chemicals and the hazards associated with the chemicals. The employer fails to assure effective training and information as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about 04/18/19.
